In her role as Operations Manager, Julia oversees the management of the various teams within Pointon York which administer our SIPPs.

A real people person, Julia is also responsible for HR and recruitment. She offers genuine support and motivates our staff to perform to the highest calibre.

There’s no stopping our Julia once she unleashes her inner-Shakira! So, prepare to be blown away by Julia’s Zumba moves on a dance floor near you. 

Dale the Business Development Manager at Pointon York. His financial services expertise spans nearly 15 years, 10 of which specialising in Self Invested Personal Pensions. As an Associate of the Personal Finance Society and a Chartered Financial Planner, Dale has a high level of technical understanding of all Pointon York’s solutions and systems capabilities, so is able to assist with most technical queries.

Dale thrives on the challenge of presenting complex pensions solutions in an easy to understand manner and he has extensive experience in managing and developing business relationships. 

He’s a friendly Northern chap and once you get him talking you might never get him to stop! Dale’s techy interests extend beyond pensions; our resident gadget boy has every contraption under the sun. 

Helen is Head of IT & Change Management and has been with Pointon York since 2003. She has an eye for detail and is always on the ball – nothing escapes Helen. Her role is to manage systems, develop our technology, design business processes, and direct the implementation of change. She rules with an iron fist and has processes running without a hitch.

Helen is a keen golfer with an impressive handicap, and spends most of her free time on the fairways.
