Crescent Trustees Limited is a non-trading company which owns the assets of members of the PY SIPP in trust.  Crescent Trustees Limited is registered in England and Wales – company number 3915165 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pointon York Group Limited.

As Pointon York does not provide advice regarding specific investments, where multiple instructions are received regarding one or more investments, Pointon York will carry them out in order of receipt. Each instruction is covered by your/your client's agreement with Pointon York and will be subject to transaction charges as set out in the relevant Fee Schedule.
